Andrea Corr
Andrea Jane Corr MBE (born Andrea Jane Corr) is an actress, singer, songwriter and musician from Ireland. Corr first made an appearance in 1990 as The lead singer in the Celtic folk rock and pop rock band The Corrs along with her three siblings, Caroline Sharon and Jim. Andrea Corr, an Irish musician, songwriter and actor is part of The Corrs. She received her Most Excellent Order of the British Empire award. She is best known for being member of the Celtic pop and rock group The Corrs. She sings as well as plays various instruments in the group. Andrea was first introduced to acting in the year 1991. In the following years, she developed into an experienced musician and performer on stage. She worked as an actor in the playback of 1998 Warner Bros. animated film The Quest for Camelot. Andrea is a truly multifaceted artist. She has a total of six studio albums, two compilation albums and two live albums as well as one mix. She was also honoured for her work in charity. Andrea's stockbroker husband as well as two children are hers. Andrea started her musical lessons with the tin-whistle. She learned to perform the piano with the guidance of Gerry. Andrea is also proficient on the Ukulele. She spent her teen years developing her talents in music. The teenage years she spent honing her musical skills. Andrea studied at 'Dun Lughaidh Convent,' where she participated frequently in school shows.
